Rules & Terms of Use
User Registration
All users must provide a valid email address to enter prize drawings. It is
strictly prohibited to register multiple accounts for the same person with different
email addresses. TheGiveAwayGuys.com reserves the right to block any IP addresses that are in violation of this rule.
Minimum Entries
Each prize has a minimum entry requirement before it can be given away. TheGiveAwayGuys.com
reserves the right to change or alter this entry requirement at any time it
deems necessary.
Entries
Each user is given the chance to enter themself into a drawing two times per
hour. Every hour at the top of the hour, each user's "entries remaining"
will be reset to two. Un-used entries are forefitted. Users can enter each drawing
as many times as they wish until the drawing is closed.
Closing Drawings
TheGiveAwayGuys.com will manually close drawings when the minimum number of
entries has been reached. At that time, we will use a computer algorithm to
randomly select a winner. All winners will be notified via email within 48 hours
of the drawing closing. All winners will be posted to the "winners"
page for everyone to see.
Claiming Your Prize
TheGiveAwayGuys.com will make every effort to contact the winner of a prize. The winning user will have 7 days to respond to TheGiveAwayGuys.com
with contact information regarding the claim of their prize. TheGiveAwayGuys.com is aware that our emails may end up in spam or junk folders. It is
the sole responsibility of each user to add the email address "prizes@thegiveawayguys.com" to their allowed senders list. If no response is received from
the winning user after 7 days, that user will forefit their prize and a new winner will be selected.
